I have the certifications TOEFL IBT (99 out of 120), Michigan Certificate of Proficiency in English and Fisk Proficiency (Level A / 124 out of 150) in my curriculum. I studied Languages at Universidade Católica de Santos (UNISANTOS), Translation at Universidade Gama Filho (UGF) and Translation and Interpretation at Escola Politecnica Treinasse, besides specializations in ESP at Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo (PUC - SP) and in Advanced Intensive Conversational English - Business Communication at Berlitz Canada - Toronto Yorkville. I have worked for two years as the leader, translator and interpreter of a Customer Service Team in an IT office, advising international customers through chat, e-mail and telephone. Nowadays I teach English as a Second / Foreign Language based on the Communicative Approach and work as a freelancer translator / interpreter in various fields.
